In this clip from the episode titled Peter’s Daughter (Family Guy Season 6), Stewie Griffin and Brian Griffin decide to do a little bit of real estate investing when they see a broken down house, fix it up, and flip it (that was SO 2005!). Anyway, Stewie is upstairs working on something, and Brian is downstairs, and Stewie decides to mess with him via some walkie-talkie etiquette. Watch:

If you don’t know what 2 Girls 1 Cup is, here we go: it’s two cute girls who poop in a cup, eat it, then vomit, then eat each other’s vomit. Charming. I personally have refused to watch it (I learned my Internet video lesson after Mr. Hands), but there’s a big meme of filming people’s reactions as they watch this video.
