Kanye West, Will.I.Am, U2 to voice characters in The Cleveland Show next season

In an interview with the BBC, Mike Henry reveals that there are quite a few musical artists lined up to lend their voices to a wide variety of characters in The Cleveland Show next season, including Kanye West, Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas, and U2’s Larry Mullen.

There’s been some speculation on why Seth MacFarlane started another show when he already had two (American Dad and Family Guy) on his plate, and here it is straight from the horse’s mouth:
“I get bored pretty quickly … The Cleveland Show, just getting that off the ground was very stimulating, it was a lot of fun to kind of build something new and to see if it could be done.”

Cleveland Jr. lands an interview with the editor of the local newspaper, but with his new found responsibility while working at The Stool, he starts making changes to the guys’ hangout causing a father son feud. Meanwhile, Roberta and Rallo have a surprise for Lacey, Roberta’s wealthy rival.

Arianna Huffington talks about her role on The Cleveland Show

Arianna Huffington, the voice behind a bear named….Arianna…on the Cleveland Show, talked briefly about her role and how she feels about the whole thing:
“They just called me, and it was something completely unusual for me,” she says of her decision to do “Cleveland.” “And I love ‘Family Guy’ and I love the whole team. It was great, and it got me lots of brownie points from my teenage daughters.”

Jane Lynch talks about her guest spot on the Cleveland Show

Glee breakout star Jane Lynch is set to guest voice in the January 10 episode of the Cleveland Show titled “Love Rollercoaster” (sqweeeeee!!!!). She gave a brief interview in which she talked about this gig and her love/hate for Family Guy:

GAHHHH! I’m a HUGE fan of Glee, so I was very excited to see that Jane Lynch will be guest starring on the Cleveland Show January 10 in the episode titled “Love RollerCoaster”, along with NBA star Scottie Pippin! Here’s a quick synopsis:
When Roberta’s new teacher, Ms. Eck (guest voice Jane Lynch), encourages Roberta to alter her appearance, Cleveland Jr. befriends the disguised Roberta and falls in love with her.

I don’t have any details, but Fox has just released two images labeled quite vaguely with this synopsis:
The legendary band Earth Wind and Fire join Clevand and family for a holiday music video.
No dates, no episode linking, no nothing. I’m guessing this might be a special Christmas-related special, but I have no other information. Here are the two images:
