Peter and Lois’s marriage is on the rocks, but when Brian wins the New England Rising Writer’s award, the three of them head to Martha’s Vineyard for a relaxing vacation. As Peter’s drinking spirals out of control, so does Brian’s self restraint as he professes his undying love for Lois. Last night was “Play It Again, Brian”; and while I always like seeing more of Brian, I really have to say that it definitely was NOT one of the best Family Guy episodes. Here’s the highlights:
Peter is a douche.
Brian is in love with Lois.
Brian wins an award for writing, takes Lois and Peter to Martha’s Vineyard, Peter is drunk the entire time so Brian and Lois spend lots of time together.
No, they don’t have sexy time THANK YOU GOD.
For some inexplicable reason, Peter and Lois leave their children in the care of Herbert the Pedophile.
