Apparently this refers to an incident that happened with Laura Bush was 17; she ran a stop sign and was involved in a crash that killed a friend of hers in another car. Rumors have been floating around ever since the crash was first reported that she might have been criminally negligent (i.e. that she may have been drinking) at the time of the crash, but no chargers were filed and no evidence of wrong-doing was recorded. Brian meets the girl of his dreams, Carolyn, but after following Stewie’s advice to take it slow, he only drives her crazy and into the arms of another man. When Brian discovers the new man is Cleveland, he will try anything to win her back on the “Love Blacktually” season premiere episode of FAMILY GUY airing Sunday, Sept. 28 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
