Here’s a new Cavalcade of Comedy video making fun of Bob Dylan, Tom Waite, Popeye, and Mohammed Ali. I remember seeing this on Saturday Night Live with David Spade, do you?

There’s a new Cavalcade of Comedy episode up! This one is about Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble; they try to get into a club and it doesn’t quite work out. The opening is with William Shatner from Priceline. Watch:

This isn’t the first time that FG has spoofed on the Flintstones; it happened back in Family Guy Season Six, “Peter’s Daughter”, in which Peter compares Meg’s date to Fred Flintstone.

Seth MacFarlane has quietly put out a couple more Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy videos. First, the Bartender:

Priceline, you know, the travel company with William Shatner as the spokesman, has signed on to sponsor Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy.
Priceline will be replacing Burger King’s previous sponsorship. The first clip is called “”Ted Nugent Is Visited by the Ghost of Christmas Past”. Watch:

Now, I may be wrong here, but I thought the Burger King bit was supposed to be different in every Cavalcade clip? Both of these show the same BK ad. Hmm.

Seth MacFarlane’s venture with Burger King and Google, Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy, is doing pretty well. Here are some initial stats:

In its first three weeks:

‘Cavalcade’ has generated more than 14 million views across a network of sites including youtube.com/sethcomedy, youtube.com/bk, sethcomedy.com and across targeted sites in the Google Content Network.

youtube.com/sethcomedy has received more than 100,000 subscribers, making it one of the most subscribed to YouTube channels of all time, bigger than many other established entertainment properties on YouTube.

The initial results are based on the first six ‘Cavalcade’ Web shorts; there will be 50 shorts in total.
