Sneak peek recap of “Love Blacktually”

Thanks to the good folks at Fox, I was able to get my hands on an advance screening copy of the season premiere of Family Guy airing this Sunday, September 28, titled Love Blacktually.
I have to tell you, it was HILARIOUS! Lots of great cutaways, including a very good one where Stewie and Brian actually talk to the audience about whether or not anyone outside the family actually understands what he’s saying, and the film crew yells at them. Brian falls for a girl he meets in a bookstore, and decides to take Stewie’s advice on taking it slow. This restraint gets him in trouble, because he finds her boinking Cleveland.
Cleveland and the chick decide to elope, and Loretta (remember her?) gets wind of it, and realizes that she still has feelings for Cleveland. She asks him to meet her in a hotel room, but Cleveland lets her know that while he will always love her, he has to move on. Unfortunately, his romance doesn’t have a happy ending….but I’ll leave it at that because I don’t want to spoil it for you!
Overall, very good episode. I think you’ll be VERY happy.
