What’s Alex Borstein up to these days?

In addition to working as the voice of Lois Griffin (and others) on Family Guy, Alex Borstein has a lot on her plate:

• She’s wrapping up a comedy titled For Christ’s Sake
• She just got done with a live Family Guy show in Los Angeles
• Oh, and last but not least? ALEX BORSTEIN IS PREGNANT. Here’s her official MySpace announcement:

Hello folks. Just thought I’d pop online and give you an update. I am knocked up. It’s official. I have a teeny tiny penis inside of me right now and it will be coming out of me in September. So, there you have it. Some exciting news from the Alex Borstein camp.
I look forward to all of the nasty things that will be happening to my body, both inside and out and I promise that I won’t try to describe all of those nasty things as though they were beautiful. You’ll get enough of that crap from all the Hollywood whores who are knocked up right now, too, like: Angelina, Jamie Lynn, Ashlee, Nicole, Jessica Alba, that weird guy who was on Oprah…

It’s a fertile world and we’re all just livin’ in it.
