Here’s Seth Green at the Los Angeles premiere of “Rails and Ties”, a movie about a deadly collision between a train and car lead to an unlikely bond between the train engineer and a young boy who escapes the carnage. Sounds like one of those happy-go-lucky movies, doesn’t it!!!
